Sundae Loungewear Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to absolutely love your Sundae Loungewear purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We offer refunds for change of mind, including choosing the incorrect size, colour or style.

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted for an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging attached
  • Free from makeup, fake tan, deodorant, perfume, pet hair or other marks/odours

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or we have sent you an incorrect item, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where required.

We strongly recommend using tracked postage when returning an item, as Sundae Loungewear cannot be responsible for change-of-mind returns that are lost in transit.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.

How to Request a Return

Please contact sundaeloungewear1@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

Please wait for your return to be approved and return instructions to be provided before sending your item.

Sundae Loungewear reserves the right to decline change-of-mind returns that do not meet the conditions above.
